Thank you to all those who supported last year's CNOA annual Survivors' Memorial Fund golf tournament. We would like to invite you to this year's 19th Annual CNOA-SMF fundraising golf tournament.

This years tournament will be held at Old Ranch Country Club, which features 28 acres of water and a beautifully manicured 6,831 yard, par 72 layout.

We are also partnering with "The Mulligan Man" providing on-course games and entertainment!

Drug Endangered Children - Free Training!

Drug Endangered Children (DEC)

Presented by the Drug Endangered Children Training and Advocacy Center in partnership with CNOA, this training course will provide learners with investigative skills necessary to link drug usage, trafficking, manufacturing and/or grow operations to child endangerment, a violation of Penal Code Section 273a. Whether you’re a law enforcement officer (Police, Probation, and Parole), social worker, or a person providing in-home services you will learn how to identify and evaluate the dangers to the children living in drug environments, as well as protecting yourself and the community from harm. Current hot topics include; pharmaceutical drugs, medical marijuana, marijuana grows, and the sharing of confidential information with members of a multi-disciplinary teams.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Law enforcement, District Attorney’s, CPS and other first responders who have a job which require them to enter homes where drugs may be used, sold, manufactured and/or marijuana grow operations may be found.
