As President of the California Narcotic Officers' Association I am pleased to announce that Region I Chairman Frank Hartig has been elected as the 2012 Sergeant at Arms. We had two qualified and experienced candidates vying for the position. On behalf of CNOA, we congratulate candidate Jorge Gil Blanco for his efforts and look forward to his continued support as a member of the executive board.

Frank will be sworn in as "Sergeant at Arms" at the upcoming CNOA Conference at John Ascuaga’s Nugget in Sparks , NV . The ceremony will take place at the "Installation and Banquet Dinner" on Sunday, November 13, 2011. We look forward to Frank’s leadership as he continues his quest in becoming CNOA President for 2017.
