Valencia, CA – The California Narcotic Officers' Association (CNOA) was awarded the 2010 Peace Officer Standards in Training (POST) Excellence in Training award in the Organizational Achievement category on February 24, 2011. The POST Excellence in Training Award was established in 1994 to encourage innovation, quality, and effectiveness of peace officer training in order to recognize outstanding law enforcement trainers.
