
The California Narcotic Officers' Association is a non-profit, corporation
dedicated to
providing high quality training for law enforcement professionals. Since 1964, CNOA has
grown to become the largest non-profit Training Association in California, with nearly
7,000 members. Our members include: local, state, and federal peace officers, prosecutors,
law enforcement personnel, and other national and international associates. CNOA is
committed to providing quality training and services to its members and working to make
California a drug free place to live, work, and raise our families.

The California
Narcotic Officers' Association is one of the largest providers of law enforcement training
in the state, delivering over 100,000 hours of instruction to more than 6000 students
annually. We provide Regional, State & The Annual Training Institute.

CNOA,
the Narcotic Educational Foundation of America (NEFA), provides free anti-drug information
to the public and helps educate both children and adults about the dangers of drugs and
their effects. NEFA and CNOA stand ready to fight against those who advocate the

CNOA
has established a memorial fund to provide an immediate, one time
grant to the spouse, family or next of kin, of all California law
enforcement officers who loses his or her life in the line of duty
while enforcing California laws
